You have a dream in your heart. For some, it is a vision to bring something new into the world that will benefit mankind. For others, it is the dream of fulfillment; a perfect partner, a healthy body, a specific achievement or a number in their bank account. In the case of any desire, there is a hunger that is uncomfortable in the space between the inception of the desire and its fulfillment.
Some people never take action on their dreams, large or small. Those who never take action live in a world of fantasy. In failing to pursue their dreams, they fail to claim a gift that is rightfully theirs.
Whether your dreams are large — like serving humanity, or seemingly small — like finding the perfect mate, every dream has the power to change your heart. The external manifestation of that dream is not what is most important. Who you become in the pursuit of your dream is what matters most.
All dreams inspire creativity and require tuning into intuition and inner guidance. Each dream is a specially wrapped gift, calling you home to the truest version of yourself. The pursuit of the dream could be considered its own reward. In pursuing a dream you unleash the gift of anticipation.
The more you attend to the voice of inner guidance, the more you develop the ability to sense the path that leads to your dreams. You recurringly find yourself in just the right place at just the right time to meet exactly the right people to further you along your path. Collaborative forces are conspiring on your behalf. These forces are activated when desire is mobilized, tranforming your dream from fantasy into reality.
In truth, the fruition of your dream is inevitable. In fact, it already exists, fully formed, in the causal plane. This is the reason you are able to anticipate seemingly serendipitous events and meetings.
Just as suffering is associated with karma, so the pursuit of dreams is linked to karma as there is suffering in the wanting — the space between the inception of a desire and its fruition. Eventually, all beings will rise above karma, releasing both suffering and the pursuit of dreams. In time, every form of desire will burn away, leaving only the perfect emanation, the great emptying of thought and desire, that essentially returns your soul to the place where it began.
Just as the movement of the cosmos is circular rather than linear, so the movement of consciousness eventually arrives not at an ending but back at the beginning.
As you take action to transform your dreams to reality, you are taking part in the great human journey to find its way home.
