You can’t be sad enough to make a sad person happy. You can’t be sick enough to make a sick person well. You can’t be lost enough to help a lost person find their way. Kindness does not require you to share in their sadness, their sickness or their confusion. Kindness requires you to stand as a beacon, guiding them home.
Your kindness provides a safe haven, sheltering your loved ones from the storm. This requires your strength, not your weakness. Standing firm in your joy, your happiness, your place of perfect peace, is the truest measure of kindness.
This may feel awkward. Many mistakenly believe that empathy means sharing in pain or misery. This couldn’t be further from the truth. Two miserable people don’t make a happy person.
Gently tell your loved one that you are dedicating this moment of happiness to them. Let them know that you are honoring their sadness by surrounding them in a warm blanket of love and joy. It’s your loving presence, not your shared sadness, that has the power to truly heal them.
Humans have the tendency to match frequencies. The lower vibration should always attune to the higher vibration, not the other way around. That is the only way to raise the vibrational frequency on the planet and in humanity as a whole.
Note: These messages are received through daily meditation and are meant to be shared. I offer them here in love. If a particular message resonates with you, it’s because it was meant for you as much as it was meant for me.
