Build moments of stillness into your day, even if it means rising earlier in the morning to allow for a time of meditation and prayer. Cultivate the daily practice of stillness, and it will feed and nourish your soul all day long.
Breathe. Inhale. Draw life-giving energy deep into your body. Feel tension release as the air is exhaled from your lungs. Create a habit of drawing intentional breath.
Look into the eyes of those around you, and offer a reassuring smile. The smile you receive in return is a gift of love from me.
