Offer your love freely, openly, without judgement of any kind. In a spirit of equanimity, allow your light to gently rest on each human you encounter this day. Greet each person with the tenderness you would feel when greeting your own child.
In truth, every man, woman, and child is indeed yours and you are theirs. There is no exception to this.
Within moments of gazing into a stranger’s eyes, the unknown face will seem strangely familiar. Look closely and you will see the light of your own divinity reflected there. Yes, you know them and they know you. Like characters from a long forgotten story, you have shared lifetimes with each of them.
As your heart opens, you will feel this sense of familiarity melt into a love that courses through your veins, warming your belly like an ecstatic prayer. And in this moment, you will know what it is to truly see and be seen, to hear and be heard, to know and be known.
Whether you experience this love for a moment, a day, a month, a year or a lifetime is irrelevant. Time is an illusion. Duration is inconsequential. Love is its own reward.
Fall in love, sweet child, over and over with as many people as you can. Each experience of love is its own precious treasure.
Remember that nothing is a worthy trade for love. No fear is valid when measured against the incomparable power of this love. Love tolerates no judgement as judgement is the great heart-closer. A closed heart cannot do what human hearts are meant to do. Your heart, dear one, is meant to shine.
