Embodiment. What does it mean to embody your soul? Embodiment is a spiritual state, where you give your body over to the highest part of you – the part that is God-energy, manifest in you, in this physical form. That God-source energy is your spiritual lifeblood. It is the part of you that existed before you took form in this physical body. It will exist after you die. And it is present in every moment of your life, closer than your own skin.
In moments of sadness, anger, loneliness, and pain, your conscious mind feel separated from the God-energy of your soul. But this separation is an illusion, because your soul can never leave you. It is inextricably bound to your essence.
When you feel joy, rapture, bliss, and love, your conscious mind is in alignment with your soul. Embodiment is the process of consciously tuning into alignment with your soul, opening and allowing your own soul to pour love – God’s love – through you. This is accomplished by relaxing your mind, releasing control, surrendering your will to that of your own higher self, allowing your soul to sit in the driver’s seat.
Seeing the world through the eyes of your soul, hearing as your soul hears, feeling, tasting, touching, sensing this world, with the help of your soul, you will become aware of the indescribable beauty and love that have been waiting to greet you since the day your were born.
