What is alive within you? So much of your day is occupied with thoughts and activities that do not feed you. Instead, they leave you feeling spiritually and emotionally starved. So then, what is alive in you? What causes your heart to skip a beat when you think of it? What soothes your mind when you relax into it? If nothing comes to mind, you need to rest.
In the delicious, sweet solitude of contemplation, you will find that which is truly alive in you. Set aside timee when you first wake in the morning. Lay in your bed and savor the expansive creativity of your mind. Set your alarm an hour early so you have time to honor the sacred space between sleep and waking. This is the time your intuition is most alive. This this is the time your dreams – both sleeping and waking – are most vibrant.
Are you one who feels despair in the early morning? Don’t be concerned. Commit to waking an hour before rising, and you will find your despair magically transforms to hope.
This is the time of spiritual power, where the voice of Spirit is louder than the voice of ego. Harness the power of this waking hour. Feel the sensual tingle of connection as your angels and spirit guides offer insight, intuition and direction.
Before going to bed at night, ask your questions. Ask for clarity. Ask for evidence that you are loved and worthy of your most cherished desires. When you wake in the morning, listen. Maintain a wordless space. Words are the language ego. Images are the language of Spirit. In this wordless space, open your heart, your intuition, to the life-giving images Spirit is waiting to offer.
